We create recommendation engines that present intelligent, intuitive techniques for visualizing their results.

A recommendation engine is a system that suggests products, services, information to users based on data analysis. Regardless, the recommendation can be based on many factors, such as user history and the behaviour of similar users.

We create data-driven predictive models that can help companies solve complex problems in new ways.

Analytics (or predictive analytics) uses historical data to predict future events. Typically, historical data is used to build a mathematical model that captures important trends. This predictive model is then used on current data to predict what will happen in the future, or to suggest actions to take for optimal results.

Based on past history and performance, organisations can gain deeper insights into trends and patterns regarding employees, customers and competitors. Risks can also be mitigated and success and safety predicted. This is the result of capturing and analysing current data from multiple channels, including emails, files, instant messages, CRM applications, relational databases, collaboration tools and social media.

A good example of analytics in juxtaposition with AI is online retailers using search and shopping habits to predict a customer's next likely purchase, and then targeting their ads and promotional emails based on those predictions.

Personalisation is the customisation of content by engaging in filtering, classifying, prioritising and adapting information. Personalisation can be overt, using direct user data, or covert, based on inference from collected data.

Targeting is one form of personalisation. Based on profiling, individuals are targeted with personalised content that is intended to have a specific impact on their decisions or behaviour.

Profiling is made possible by tracking digital paths and collecting data in bulk, through the use of cookies, social plugins, tracking pixels, ambient sensors or third party code embedded in applications.
